Turn on the measuring instrument and measure a rotation center by using the reference sphere.
Set a workpiece at the workpiece holder.
Rotate θ stage to an arbitrary angle and set each starting and end positions that constitute a profile.
Once the measurement starts, the measuring instrument automatically measures each profile, converts coordinates and combines each profile data into one profile.
